(For Review Programs)

SIKAT Tutorial and Review Center’s regular office hours are from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Saturday. Review classes are usually held Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM.  During the review, students can come in 10 minutes earlier and must leave immediately after the class. Occasionally, classes may extend for up to thirty (30) minutes longer. Parents are requested to fetch their child on time. SIKAT will not be held liable for any untoward incident that occur after the review session.

Regular attendance in sessions is required and expected. In case of illness or any unforeseen event that would cause conflict with the student’s review session, he/she must inform SIKAT, thru call or text message, at least one (1) day before the scheduled review session. Also, students are advised to come ON TIME. If he/she will be late for the review session, he/she must inform SIKAT ahead of time. Students may not leave before the session ends unless a valid reason exists. Students below 18 yrs of age will not be allowed to leave before the session ends, unless a guardian is present to fetch them or a confirmation call is received from a guardian.

The review schedule released to the student is subject to change with prior notice. In case of changes in the schedule due to unforeseen events, SIKAT will notify the student ahead of time. However, if the student would like to change his/her review class to a different batch because of the conflict in the review schedule, he/she must write a letter of intent to SIKAT indicating his/her reasons/explanation. The letter must be signed both by the student and his/her parent/s.

Review sessions are automatically suspended in times of natural calamities. However, SIKAT will make use of the regular holidays for the make-up review sessions (review sessions that were cancelled due to natural calamities).

If the student missed 3 or more review sessions and would like to appeal to open a make-up class for the sessions that he/she missed, he/she must write a letter of intent to SIKAT. SIKAT can open up to 10% of the total number of sessions for make-up classes, free of charge, if 50% of the total number of students made such appeal.

All students are discouraged from texting, calling, surfing, and using social media during class hours. The teacher has the right to call the attention of the student caught doing so. For students 16 years and below, the teacher has the right to confiscate mobile phones and gadgets of students who do not heed his/her warning. The student can claim the confiscated item after the review. SIKAT will keep the item with utmost care. However, SIKAT cannot assume responsibility for the loss of the items if it occurred after the student had claimed the confiscated item/s.

All students should come to their review sessions in proper dress code. They are encouraged to observe proper grooming and personal hygiene. Provocative, suggestive articles, or other inappropriate attire as defined below are NOT allowed in class. Clothing that is noticeably worn, with holes, or tears.

  1. Tight-fitting, tube-, tank-, and other revealing tops.
  2. T-shirts displaying or advertising offensive slogans/graphic designs.
  3. Jogging suits, spandex pants or leggings.
  4. Extra-short shorts and skirts.

Students are assessed every review session. All their scores are being recorded and analyzed. At the end of every review program, each student will receive an evaluation report of his/her performance in the review. Should the student wish to have his/her evaluation report interpreted or explained by any of the SIKAT mentors, he/she can set an appointment thru SIKAT’s Academic Coordinator.

I/We hereby agree to abide by the STUDENT-SIKAT partnership agreement. I/We recognize that the implementation of the regulations will contribute to the objectives of SIKAT’s Review programs.
